报错 System.Data.OracleClient 需要 Oracle 客户端软件 8.1.7 或更高版本

之前发生过这个问题一直没有找到解决方法。

今天无意中看到做个记号，回头测试看看有效。

 到Oracle客户端的安装目录，右键电击父级目录ora92，在属性——〉安全 中，点击“添加”，选择“位置”设置为根目录，加入对象名“Network Service”，并对其赋予权限即可。
